What every studio asks before sending us their first batch.

We work with whatever's easiest for the studio: Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer, FTP/SFTP, or our hosted Frame.io workspace. For volume retainers, we set up a direct API ingest from your storage so new photos flow in automatically. Outputs return to the same path or a separate "edited" folder, your call.
Every file is treated as confidential by default. White-label engagements include a signed NDA that bars us from referencing the work publicly, attributing it, or displaying it in our portfolio. Editing recipes — LUTs, action sets, style guides — are kept in your project workspace and never re-used across clients.
Honest answer: AI is great for high-volume mechanical work — background removal, denoising, upscaling, basic color correction — and we use it where it genuinely helps speed without quality loss. But for portrait retouching, color grading on hero imagery, restoration, and anything where the eye is making fine taste calls, manual work by trained retouchers is still meaningfully better. Every AI-touched file is still reviewed by a human before delivery.
A "look profile" is built at the start of every retainer or large project — sample images you've approved, the LUT, the action set, the do/don't notes. Every editor on your team works against that profile. Quarterly we re-calibrate against fresh sample sets to make sure the look hasn't drifted as photographers, gear, or lighting changes.
Yes — our white-label tier is built for it. Recent campaigns have ranged from 8,000 to 35,000 images in single batches, turned around in 5-10 days at scale. We surge editor headcount with a vetted pool we keep on standby, and split the work into QA-grouped batches so the look stays consistent even at volume.
For retainer clients on rush, 4 to 6 hours from ingest to delivery on standard retouch volume. For one-off rush, we honor 12-hour delivery on batches under 200 images, billed at a 1.5× rate. We don't take rushes we can't honor — if our editor pool is fully loaded, we'll tell you straight, not over-promise.
