What every producer and brand lead asks before locking the shoot date.

Yes — we've shot across 14+ Indian states and run overseas shoots on request. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately and pass-through (no markup). For shoots more than 200km from Bangalore, we factor a half-day travel day on either side.
Our owned kit is fully Sony — FX3, FX30, two A7 IVs — and that's what we shoot natively. If a project requires a specific other body (RED Komodo, ARRI Alexa Mini, Canon C500), we can rent it in and bring an operator trained on it. We'll always tell you upfront when something is owned vs rented, so you know exactly what the day looks like.
Shoot rates cover the shoot only — cards in your hand at end-of-day. Edit, grade, audio mix and delivery are scoped separately under our Video Editing service. About 70% of clients bundle shoot + post with us, but you're free to take footage to a different post house if you prefer.
For half-day and full-day shoots, 5-7 working days lead time is comfortable. For full crew + multi-camera (weddings, documentaries, commercials), 2-3 weeks lets us pre-light, do a recce if needed, and lock the crew. We do take rush bookings on 48-hour notice when the calendar allows, billed at 1.25× standard.
Native camera files — typically XAVC S-I 4K at 422 10-bit, S-Log3 picture profile for grading flexibility. We back up cards twice on-set (primary + mirror SSD), and hand over a labelled hard drive or upload to your cloud storage within 24 hours of wrap. Card-rate metadata stays intact for downstream editorial.
Reschedules with 72+ hour notice carry no fee. Inside 72 hours, the shoot day is billed at 50% (since the crew slot is held and other bookings declined). Inside 24 hours, full billing applies — but this is genuinely rare in our experience, and we'll always try to move the date rather than charge a no-shoot fee.
