What's the minimum monthly ad spend you work with?

For performance retainers we recommend a minimum monthly media spend of ₹3 lakhs across channels to get meaningful learning velocity. Below that, the algorithms don't have enough data to optimize properly and your reporting becomes noise. For brand-build, organic-led or creator-only engagements, we can start lower — ask us.

How is your fee structured?

We work on a hybrid retainer + performance model. Retainer covers strategy, creative production, campaign management, reporting and weekly calls. Performance fees kick in only when we exceed mutually agreed ROAS / CAC thresholds. No long-term lock-ins beyond a 6-month minimum (because that's how long it actually takes to see compounded performance).

Do you handle creative production in-house or outsource?

100% in-house. Static, motion, UGC-style, founder-led video, photoshoots — all produced by our team at our Bangalore studio (or on location). This is the single biggest reason we outperform most agencies: when the people running the ads also brief and ship the creative, the feedback loop is 10x faster.

How quickly can I expect results?

For paid media, the first 30 days are about cleaning up the account, fixing tracking, launching baseline tests, and gathering data. Weeks 4-8 we typically see initial ROAS improvements. By month 3-4, you should see significant CAC reduction and ROAS expansion. Organic + content compounding takes 6-9 months. Influencer + creator results show up faster but compound more slowly.

Weekly: a live Looker Studio dashboard you can check any time, plus a 30-min Friday call where we walk through what worked, what didn't, and what we're changing for next week. Monthly: a full performance review with strategic recommendations. We don't send PDF decks — we share dashboards you actually look at.

Can you handle both performance and brand work?

Yes — and we think they're inseparable. Brand without performance is a vanity exercise. Performance without brand is a race to the bottom on CAC. The best campaigns we run move both metrics simultaneously: ROAS up AND unaided brand recall up.
