What we hear in the first call, answered up front.

From card-handover to delivery master, 10–14 working days is our standard. That covers ingest, three review rounds, colour grade, audio mix and all platform aspect ratios. We offer 72-hour rush turnarounds for time-sensitive launches.
Both. Roughly 40% of our edit work is post-only — footage shot by another crew, in-house team, or phone. We've cut everything from RED Komodo rushes to iPhone ProRes, drone footage, screen recordings, archive tape and stock libraries.
Standard scope: editor time, three rounds of revisions, primary colour grade, audio mix, motion graphics templates, captions in English + one regional language, full delivery ladder (4K master + every social aspect ratio). Custom 3D / VFX, original music, voice-over talent, and additional language passes are quoted separately.
YouTube (1080p / 4K), Meta & LinkedIn (9:16, 1:1, 4:5), Instagram Reels, TikTok, OTT broadcast (ProRes 422 HQ), cinema 2.39:1, and HDR Rec.2020 where required. Loudness is normalised per platform — we don't push the same master everywhere.
Every cut goes up on Frame.io with timecode-locked comments. You and your team review in one place, draw on frames if needed, mark approvals. We turn around revision notes within 24 hours on business days. Three rounds included; further rounds in 4-hour blocks at editor rate.
Yes — we work with licensed libraries (Artlist, Musicbed, Epidemic, Soundstripe) and clear all music used in your cut. For original score, we collaborate with composers and pass full rights to the brand. We don't ship cuts with grey-market music.
